The Simplera Sync™ CGM is a continuous glucose monitoring sensor specifically designed for use with the MiniMed™ 780G insulin pump. Thanks to its compact design, the sensor and transmitter are combined into a single device, making the system simpler and more comfortable to use.
The Simplera Sync™ is smaller than the Guardian™ 4, easy to insert, and no longer requires fingerstick calibrations. This allows you to benefit from continuous glucose monitoring with fewer daily steps.

Important
The Simplera Sync™ is only compatible with MiniMed™ 780G pumps purchased or installed from September 2024 onwards. If you are using an older pump, please contact Medtronic to check whether a software update is available.
This sensor is sold individually.
The sensor is supplied individually from an original bulk pack containing 5 sensors. As a result, you will not receive the complete box, but you will receive one original, unused Simplera Sync™ sensor.
